Omninet Crown LP buys Laughlin apartment complex

LAUGHLIN Documents filed with the Clark County Recorder’s Office indicate that the Crown Point Apartment complex has been sold to Omninet Crown LP, a Delaware limited partnership, on Nov. 21 for $12.9 million.

The property, consisting of 536 apartment homes in 67 buildings, had been owned by Crown Pt. Limited Partnership.

Residents of the complex were notified of the change via notices taped to their front door. They were informed, as well, that management of the complex will now be handled by Stout Management, based in Las Vegas. ConAm Management oversaw the property for the past 25 years, the notice stated.

Omninet Crown is comprised of the same group of investors who own Omninet Laughlin, the limited liability corporation that in 2006 purchased 80 acres of vacant land from the federal government, near the intersection of Bruce Woodbury Drive and Needles Highway.
