Management Team

Omninet’s management team has years of hands-on experience in acquiring real estate and investing in venture capital.

Neil Kadisha – Managing Partner

Neil Kadisha serves as Chief Executive Officer and is primarily responsible for providing leadership and strategic planning to Omninet investments. Neil also serves on the Omninet Investment Committee. Neil is an active part of the investment community and has longstanding ties with financial institutions and real estate investment firms. Through his network of relationships, Neil provides real estate market expertise and access to deal flow. For over 14 years, Neil served on the Board of Directors of Qualcomm. He also serves on the Boards of various privately held companies and charities. Neil’s academic background is in Industrial Management and Economics.

Benjamin Nazarian – Managing Partner

Benjamin Nazarian is responsible for Omninet’s overall investment strategy and serves on the Omninet Investment Committee. Benjamin oversees Omninet’s acquisitions and the management of its investments. He also leads the firm’s relationships with financial institutions. Benjamin received his Juris Doctorate from the Law Center at the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California. Benjamin currently serves on the Board of the Law Center at University of Southern California and the Independent School Alliance. Benjamin is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Parviz Nazarian – Managing Partner

Izak Parviz Nazarian offers his technical and industry vision for the evaluation of potential investments. Mr. Nazarian was the co-founder of Omninet Corporation. He has also managed numerous companies in industries such as construction equipment, aerospace and plastic equipment. From 1988 until 1994, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Qualcomm. Mr. Nazarian currently serves on the International Board of Governors of Technion Institute of Technology and Tel Aviv University in Israel. In addition to his many philanthropic endeavors, he founded The Citizens’ Empowerment Center in Israel (CECI), a nonprofit, apolitical organization dedicated to help pave the way for a more stable Israel by empowering citizens through education initiatives in civic involvement and leadership. In 2003, Mr. Nazarian received a Doctorate of Philosophy honorary degree from Tel Aviv University in recognition of his lifelong support of Israel.

Michael Daniel – Partner

Michael Daniel is in charge of acquisitions and leasing of Omninet’s commercial real estate portfolio. Michael also serves on the Omninet Investment Committee. Michael received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Andrea Costantini – Senior Vice President, Operations

Andrea is responsible for the operations and strategic planning of Omninet’s real estate portfolio. Andrea’s responsibilities also include the strategic and financial assessment of new investments. Andrea serves on the Omninet Investment Committee. Before joining Omninet, Andrea was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company where he spent 5 years assisting Fortune 500 companies as strategic advisor in the hospitality and real estate industries. Andrea holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Engineering Summa Cum Laude from Politecnico di Torino, Italy.

Kevin Tanna – Vice President, Construction

Kevin is responsible for the construction and development of Omninet’s real estate portfolio. His diverse experience includes work in a real estate law firm providing transactional support for the acquisition, construction and management of commercial properties. Kevin has also spent nearly a decade working alongside building contractors and developers. Kevin earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University, School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from Hawaii Pacific University.
