Benjamin oversees Omninet’s overall strategy and portfolio management. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and has held leadership roles on the Board of the USC Law Center and the Independent School Alliance. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Benjamin holds a B.S. in Accounting, Cum Laude, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.

Michael leads all acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial operations including leasing. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from UCLA and a J.D. from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law.

He previously served on the Board of Directors of Qualcomm for 14 years and currently serves on the boards of several privately held companies and charities. David oversees finance, accounting, and investor relations. With over a decade at Omninet, he has helped shape its financial strategy and supported sustained growth. Previously, he was VP of Finance at AVP Advisors and a real estate-focused auditor at Ernst & Young. David holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, an MBA from UCLA Anderson, and is a CPA (inactive).

She holds a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
